Offline Editing
Offline editing is the process of assembling a rough cut of your project by editing low resolution versions of your rushes together as per your plan from the preproduction period. We do this at our edit suites at Film City Glasgow.
Online Editing
Online editing is the final cut of your project where we edit the high quality footage together. It is also the step in post-production where we add visual effects, lower third titles, motion graphics and apply colour correction or a grade to your footage.We would usually mix your sound concurrently with the online edit.
Motion Graphics
In post-production motion graphics can illustrate complex ideas visually. Some ideas (especially big, abstract ones) are hard to explain with words or still images. A few seconds of motion graphics can clear everything up perfectly. This can also include giving your logo movement. We can provide a range of styles of motion graphics for your video.
Animation
Any technique that makes static objects or images move is animation—whether it’s hand-drawn cartoons, CGI, anime or claymation. We can create animated videos for you in 2D, 3D or Stop Motion.
Voiceovers
Voice over is a production technique where a voice is recorded for off-screen use. While prominently in film and television, voice over can also be used for corporate video, adverts, documentaries, evaluation video and telephone services. We have pool of experienced voice over artists and work with voice over agents to help select the best artist for your production. We can arrange the recording and send you the files.
Music
Music is important for every production. We cater for a wide range of budgets. From our vast library of stock music which is suitable for the smaller budgets to a number of excellent composers for TV, Film and Games we can find the best possible solution for your project. We can also arrange recording sessions with live musicians.
